FOGO ISLAND CRAB

We truly believe our Wild Snow Crab stands on its own and is best served without embellishments, or simply with lemon wedges, drawn butter, or tartar sauce. Our crab is cooked in seawater, so it is ready to eat when thawed. You can also warm our pre-cooked crab in sea water or water with a 2% salt content by weight (4 cup water to 4 tsp salt). After thawing, bring water to a boil, reduce to simmer, add crab, then cook covered, 1 – 1.5 minutes. Remove from water then serve.

Thawing Instructions

Line a plate or baking sheet with a towel. Place product on towel and thaw in fridge for 24 hours. Change towel as needed. Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes before eating. Use within 24 hours of total thaw.
