Our cod is firm and buttery, thanks to the cold and fast-moving waters of the Labrador current. We believe that utilizing every part of the cod—or as it is referred to in Newfoundand, fish—is essential, if we are to honour what we take from the ocean and the work that goes into fishing and cleaning each cod. We offer succulent cheeks, the double-textured tongues, collars that are truly the chicken wings of the sea, and loins (filets).

Our fishers use the centuries old hand-line method to catch our cod, meaning there’s only ever one hook, one fish and zero bycatch.
