Squid does not come to our shores every year, but when it does, we’re excited to offer it and our fishers have a lot of fun bringing it in! Our squid is flash frozen whole, as quickly as possible, for the ultimate whole fish experience. Our squid has just enough bite and showcases our cold waters through its flavour.

Our squid is caught by hand, or ‘jigged’ in the Fall. Many of the waters around Fogo Island are known as squid-jigging grounds.
