We believe that utilizing every part of the cod — or as it is referred to in Newfoundland, fish — is essential, if we are to honour what we take from the ocean and the work that goes into fishing and cleaning each cod. Our cod loins are firm and buttery, thanks to the cold and fast-moving waters of the Labrador current.
We use the centuries-old hand-line method to catch our cod, meaning there’s one line, one hook, one fish — and zero bycatch.
